Position: Talent Manger
Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh, occasional traveling to province

Job Responsibilities:
▪ Workforce planning - design and develop a strategy to recruit with quality and effectively, while increasing retention rate
▪ Talent acquisition - develop/ introduce and execute innovative and strategic approach in hiring new talent, plan and execution of hiring interviews
▪ Onboarding and engagement - set the right expectations for every position at the start. Proactively engage with staff in order to listen, support and develop them personally / professionally
▪ Performance management - ensure expectations of each roles are clear and tracking structure is in place
▪ Development - introduce and execute a staff development strategy, one that is consistent and where results are trackable
▪ Lead a team of HR admin and Assistant
▪ Succession planning - plan ahead regarding future vacant posts, promotions
▪ Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
▪ Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
▪ Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
▪ Overseeing exit interviews, maintain records and reports to improve staffs’ satisfaction.
▪ Report to CEO
Requirements
• You have to be proactive, creative, strategic thinker, who can understand big picture while digging down in to the details.
• Critical thinking ability is absolute must. Needs to be able to design a strategy for recruiting that fits the company expansion plans and respond creatively and independently to challenges and changes
• Proven experience of developing and overseeing HR Management System (appraisal and performance monitoring, training and development plans)
• Proven experience of training staff from different disciplines and managing an HR team
• Excellent written and spoken English (Khmer not required)
• Computers skills including apps, social media and all Microsoft Office or Apple Suite applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Commitment to the guiding principles of Hydrologic
